Romantik Hotel Die Gersberg Alm offers Deluxe Double Rooms with separate seating areas and balconies overlooking the landscape, Comfort Double Rooms with mountain views, and Standard Double Rooms for shorter stays. The Suite Nockstein features two bedrooms, a kitchenette, biosauna, infrared cabin, and two balconies. The Romantik-Suite Gaisberg includes a round bed and direct views of Salzburg, while the Panorama-Suite Untersberg provides fortress views. All rooms include minibars (first refill complimentary), satellite TV, and free toiletries.
Dining at Gersberg
The restaurant serves boiled beef from Salzburg organic cattle, fresh local fish, and homemade Grießschmarrn. Breakfast features a buffet with regional products from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., including honey from hotel beekeeping. Summer BBQ events offer live music and grilled dishes in the guest garden. The kitchen uses herbs from hotel gardens and fruit from orchard trees.
Leisure and Wellness
The outdoor pool operates from May to September (7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). The sauna area includes a Finnish sauna (90°C), steam bath, and infrared cabin, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hiking trails start at the property, with access to Gaisberg and Untersberg routes. The hotel has a tennis court and two bowling alleys. Wine tastings are available on request.

The hotel sits at 800 meters altitude on Gaisberg mountain, 6 km from Salzburg Central Station and 15 km from W. A. Mozart Airport. It is 4 km from Salzburg Cathedral and the Historic Centre. By car, take A1 freeway exit Thalgau (Exit 274) or Salzburg Nord (Exit 288), following signs to Gaisberg Landesstraße. Eight EV charging stations are on site.
